Tag properties are a very powerful JSup feature.
The order a property is found is: * Tag properties
first (current locale first, default if no locale
specific property) * [Tag class] properties
(current locale first, default if no locale
specific property) For [bit field] bit field
definition properties and bit field [tag class]
properties are searched first.
