This behaviour could be useful for [JSup application] level parameters.

Persistence data is stored in the <TT>SHARED.jpers</TT> file in the '''[JSup Historian|Historical] data dir''' (see [JSup Application properties#Main tab|JSup Application properties]), so the ''[JSup Historian|Historical] data dir'' must be set and must exist for tag retentiveness to work.
